I'm so glad I found this remote control. Works great and goes great with my Roku Ultra. The dog literally ate the last remote control. Great price and product! Volume buttons, added Revain button and up/down channel (which I don't use).

Worked great. about two weeks. The buttons started to go crazy. When we pressed the right directional button, it registered as the OK button. This obviously made scrolling to find the show almost impossible. Programming was easy. Bought another brand hoping for better results.

The "Switch" (cross) button on the remote control does not work at all. CH+ shifts channels down and CH- shifts channels up. All other buttons don't work at all. Was looking forward to using additional programmable buttons, but the default button doesn't even work. Useless junk, don't waste your money. i give it back

Great idea but cheaply made. The right selection key stopped working after a few days of normal use (the key is clearly broken as it now feels and sounds different when pressed). The difference between the quality/feel of this remote and the original Roku remotes day and night. I just wish Roku would add some programmable IR buttons.

You definitely get what you pay for with this remote control. My advice is stay away from it. A few days later one of the buttons stopped working. First of all, this is a very thin and light piece of plastic. It has zero weight or substance. It looks like it will break every time you pick it up. Another Chinese factory product. Don't waste your time or money.

What a surprise, I put the batteries in and the remote worked. That's no surprise, I expected it to work with my Roku Ultra, the surprise was that it was configured to work with Visio TVs out of the box. it was brilliant The ONLY issue I had was that the up and down channel buttons were upside down (no big deal). But a cursory read of the instructions showed how to reprogram the buttons, and here it is, the perfect remote. THANK YOU.

We don't watch much TV. I ordered this because our Roku Express remote stopped working. It takes more time to program this than the number of TV shows we watch weekly. I've used the Roku remote a lot and it finally started to give out. I chose this one because it was cheap and had volume controls, mute and an on/off function. It didn't need to be paired and worked right away. I've been using it for a couple of weeks and feel like I can give some insight. It works and the features I'm using are working as expected.
