Great tool for small fitness studio

I love how easy it is! It makes everything so simple - you can easily create groups of members that are interested in certain classes/events etc., as well as send out emails with specific content depending upon who they're sent too (group chats or individual messages). You also have access to your member database which helps keep things organized. The customer service has been really great at helping me figure something new out when needed. Nothing about this software seems like its missing…

  • Easy for both staff & clients
  • Very responsive tech rep.
  • Highly customizable options, allowing lots flexibility within system functions suchas mass mailings vs group messaging,
  • Has an excellent "mobile" version available if desired
Cons
  • All fine
