All the boys bring my milkshakes to the farm. Okay, not quite, but this milkshake maker is amazing! Seriously does the job even more than the ice cream shop down the street.

Engine burns out quickly. The head does not tilt in any meaningful way. It's not easy to clean. If you want it but it's in your price range, you'll be disappointed. There doesn't seem to be a single brand that properly makes this device at this price point.

After about 10 shakes of the ice cream it stopped working and started smoking. The engine was very hot. This machine is not suitable for ice unless it has melted. It should only be used for soda frappe, not ice cream. A complete waste of money.

I use this product 3 times. The 3rd time it started smoking and stopped working. I bought this milkshake because it was professional. That thing was $100, I had it for 31 days. So you need to contact the manufacturer. It looks heavy, but it's garbage. I will try to get my money back. Wish me good luck.

The box has been taped over and looks like it was run over by a truck. The blender was used before it got to me. I connect and start working. The former owner screams as he rips the power cord out of the wall and plugs it back in. The seller did not bother to check: there is no warranty card and instructions in the box. I don't need a manual because it's a simple device, but I need a warranty card. Conclusion: I paid for a new one, but got a used one.

DO NOT BUY! I bought it after reading several reviews. I wanted good old milkshakes. And I wanted a blender that would last a long time. First, this drink blender does NOT make thick milkshakes. Makes very subtle shakes. But even more problematic was that this PRO quality blender couldn't make 2 drinks. We did the first (slowly and it came out thin), we went on and did the second (so the husband could have it) and the engine started smoking. We turned it off immediately but it burned the engine

Always wanted a milkshake maker. He arrived today. Contrary to the comments I've read here which got me thinking, the car makes old-fashioned heavy shaking. The trick is not to follow a recipe in a manual or a few others on the internet. With the mug that comes with the machine, use 1/4 cup milk, 4-5 scoops of ice cream, and your favorite flavored sauce.
