They're good for pouring flour, I suppose they work for anything that can pass through a fine mesh sieve without clogging. They seem to warp and/or break easily, so be careful: or prepare to buy more.

I use them to dust loaves of bread with flour before baking. They work great. The top of the sieve is fine, it doesn't let too much flour through at once. beautiful and I love the little plastic lids. I am very happy to receive such a good product!

They work best when only half full, otherwise the product will be difficult to shake out. I use mine for powdered cheddar for popcorn and it's 75% full. It was really hard to shake something out until it was almost 50% full. The rest works well enough.

I bought these to make foot powder for my husband and his colleague and they work great! They are smaller than expected but after almost a month of use they are perfect! I have to refill them first, the powder comes out great and doesn't stick together! The lid seal is really good and catches any loose powder if tipped on its side!
