Purchased based on reviews and price. Love it. If you're looking for a handheld showerhead that also works like a standard showerhead, this is great. I recommend for the price.

The best hand shower I have ever used was strong water pressure. Sturdy metal construction - only part of the nozzle is plastic. I definitely recommend it. A bit pricey but worth it - not a big store plastic thing.

The item I received was a used item. I sent it back and received a prompt refund. This is a fantastic product when new, but my original started leaking from the inside of the head after only a few years. About 15% of the water flows down the handle from inside the showerhead. Maybe the plastic parts in the movement mechanism are broken?

I've had many disappointing purchases when it comes to hand held showers but NOT THIS! There is a nice refreshing flow while also conserving water which is very important where I live. Most other brands just drip water or have 5 and 6 settings, 4 of which are usually useless. At least for me. I love the three settings on this device and I look forward to showering every day. This proves that Hansgrohe products really do what you pay for.

bitch I bought 2 pieces for 195 € each! 5.5" in diameter, after a few years both leak out. Sent them back and Hansgrohe sent us another 2, slightly smaller, 4.5". The same flows outside after 1-2 years and there is no water pressure. I tried to hold them together to keep them from spinning but at least the water splashed. I contacted Hansgrohe again and they sent me 2 versions for $65 which theoretically wouldn't have the same problem.
