Terribly complicated installation

Do yourself a favor and buy Torklift camper mounts instead. Installing these HappyJacks didn't make us happy. It took both of us almost two days to figure it out. The gaps are very narrow, there are many opportunities for mistakes. Show the extra charge for Torklifts and send me the difference. you will thank me

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Damaged

Very safe system, the best in motorcycling

Super fast delivery. I installed them on my 2018 Ram 2500 for my 2017 Lance 650 camper. I've always used the Happijac tie system in the past because it's the best. With Happijacs I have found that my camper does not rock back and forth like other mounting systems. Happijacs securely attaches the camper to the truck bed. 5 Stars.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • The list will be long.

After a call from Happijac, they confirmed it.

After calling Happijac they confirmed it was the right size for the 2018 Dodge Ram 3500 Long Bed before we bought it. We did it, but it required cutting, measuring and drilling new holes. It was a two day project that left my husband cursing and cursing. I don't blame Revain's supplier and Happijac is cheaper than other brands. But you will WORK to save money.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Frequency

Rust after 3 months!

This system has been on my truck for 3 months and while it keeps our light camper secure, installation was hell and all visible parts are rusting after just 3 months out of the box. Worst decision putting this on your truck. I've contacted happyjac to see what they have to say but it looks like I'll have to disassemble the entire system, take it off the truck and ship it back before they do anything. I'm sure it will be just as difficult to take off as it is to put on.

Pros
  • Tough finish
Cons
  • Exorbitant price

Revain does not make it clear that you have to order a stabilizer bar in addition to the kit, as it will be for your specific car. I love how inconvenient the HappiJac system is when not using it to protect your RV. Installation is a little tedious, but doable. I use my truck for hunting and I think that the mounting systems that mount under the truck can be ripped off or damaged off-road and will likely upset my nerve rods. I have had this system on 2 different trucks and highly recommend it.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

My best friend from school works for a torque boost company and...

I installed them on my 2013 Ram 2500 myself. It would be a lot easier with another person, but you can only do it with one person, you just need to craft some hillbilly tools. My best friend from high school uses torque and he said the front mounts were just as good as theirs. The front mounts but the rear bumper mounts are fine. He said that Happijac's rear bumper mounts are "knobs" that just hold the back of your RV in place, compared to the massive, torque-manufactured rear frame mounts. He…

and looks like it will last for years

The Happijac system is good value for money - the parts are very well put together and it looks like it will last for years. There were some questions about the stabilizer bar. the old vehicles (and i mean the old ones) had metal truck bodies and they were penalized. Newer truck bodies are quite light and flimsy and this crossbar helps distribute the weight of the RV when the truck and RV move while driving, preventing the corners of your truck body from being ripped off or twisted. It also…
