This is a great little case, but too small for the two cables Samsung supplied. You will need to coil the cables to make them smaller to fit inside. You can coil the cords inside, but only one will fit in the small mesh sleeve, and both will not fit. So if you know you're only going to use one cable, you can plug it in, but if you're using the drive as portable storage that requires a cable, you'll need to double up on a cable and put another over the top of the drive to hold the case close…

This case fits and holds the Samsung T5 500GB Portable SSD very well. However, the problem isn't that none of the cables I need to use with the drive fit the mesh. The images on the Revain website show the case with the cable well secured. Unfortunately, this isn't one of the cables that Samsung ships with the T5. I just set up a return for this case. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wants to carry around the USB cables you need to connect the drive.

This is my fourth case for Samsung T3/T5 SSDs. Basically every time different manufacturers (sometimes the same) and they are all similar and good, only differ in size (slightly) and a mesh compartment for the connection cable. I also use it for "storage" when traveling, for a drive, cable, and it also fits a flash drive and/or SD card, all safely in my carry-on. I read a review from a guy that he was able to push/bend two cables, supplied with the block In this case the last name of the guy can be Copperfield. Has anyone seen one of the falls that is slightly larger? I'm worried that going to a larger package will negate the protection a drive offers in a small package? I think a few more cables in the bag, almost need a separate cable bag!

A bit short to accommodate both cables supplied. Perfect for the Samsung T5 drive, but you SIMPLY connect only one of the two cables that come with the drive. SUCH A SHAME. If it were just an inch longer, it would be perfect. I had to bend the two cables very tightly to make them fit. This could potentially damage them. I decided to return it.

The seller says the case fits a 1TB Samsung T5 SSD and it is true. HOWEVER the case is not big enough for the 1 set of cables that comes with the T5 let alone big enough for the 2 cables that come with the T5. Therefore, C/C and USB/C do not fit into the case, and it is troublesome to fit a single cable into the case. DO NOT BUY if you plan to keep one or both sets of cables in the case.
