Looks really nice, and was super easy to install, you have to drill a hole that most dont use but not a big deal.so the bad. if you had a deadbolt, the outside part covers the hole, but for some reason they made the inside smaller so it doesn't. I didn't get to install the handle on this one as my door didn't have a hole for the handle, just the deadbolt and I am not good at drilling through doors. Last one I drilled through I splintered on the inside so I decided not to try again. The handle is strait forward and is made very well but I am going to talk more about what this item is really about, the Deadbolt. This is a nice lock assembly that was easy to install and set up. Everything works great with no operating issues but battery life is about 2 weeks for us which is a real pain in the butt. The batteries are not hard to change just not something I want to do all the time.Of course I installed one of these on the front door and one on the rear door so all I do is change batteries it seems like. I had to have a new door installed so I had him install this as well. Fairly easy to install. We did find out that when he made the hole for the lock, it was a little snug. When we tried locking it, it would lock then unlock. After he figured out the issue it worked like a charm. This is a great digital door lock system. It's easy to install and the directions, though not the best, are helpful and do the job. The build quality is nice and the mounting process to secure everything helps me sleep better at night. The door lock looks very nice installed. The instructions are easily read for the install which is straightforward. My only complaint is that this thing eats batteries badly and requires 4 AA batteries every change. Batteries usually only last a couple of weeks before they get Uber low and require replacing.

2 of the three lock kits I purchased are defective. Now I have broken handles on my home and can only use 1 door. Fairly easy to install, and the electronic section works ok, but the actual handle mechanisms don't work fron the oustide. Requesting replacements at minimum.
