Bought this lamp for extra lighting when using a webcam. It works great and when I use the brightest option it's brighter than I thought it would be. Would buy again if needed.

This lamp has everything I need for my desk. Very physically adjustable and different light intensities and frequencies. The only downside is the instructions! The use of special washers used in lamp assembly is not shown or described.

USB port not working. Nevertheless, we like this lamp, the USB connection was not part of the purchase decision, so we decided to keep it. It is easy to assemble and operate. It has a nice, modern, understated silhouette (see photo), it's functional and everything works well so far except for the USB port. I will update the rating if something goes wrong too soon.

I liked the way it was made because unlike most others I saw it was tightened at the joints. But I can tell they don't stay put on for long because they kinda click when put on. The big problem is that the light is not very bright. I need it to solve puzzles because this room has almost no light of its own. I'll probably have to send it back if I still have the box. So disappointing.

The light is very bright but soft. I was looking for a tall LED table lamp with a USB port to charge my cellphone and here it is! Has many features that I won't be using, but the brightness control is a nice feature. Ideal height to stand tall enough to cover at least 3 feet square on a table. Soft-touch switches are a great feature. Hard switches wear out over time. Great value!

I worked at a light distribution center and this is a quality control issue. I've had this thing for 3 days and the bottom of the lamp hinge compresses when the little knob is turned but doesn't stay in place. The whole lamp just falls straight forward and down rendering it ineffective. Looks like the metal bolt isn't strong enough to support the weight of this thing. Luckily for Amazon returns I was able to return this with no problems.

Assembly was easy but there were two problems. The thick screw had a large Phillips head, while the screwdriver that came with it had a tiny slotted head. No big deal, I had a Phillips screwdriver and took care of it. The second problem was much more serious. The connector was supposed to have a USB end, but it had a thin, rounded end instead. Couldn't connect it so it's coming back. I will not reorder the same set, it may contain the same incorrect accessories.

Adjustable arm and lighting levels are actually different: from bright to warm, reading to relax or sleeping. everything i needed Sufficient weight at the base to prevent it from tipping over when moving/adjusting the arm. I have the middle of a long table and can slide to the left for computer work or to the right for a sewing machine. Very easy to assemble. Only one screw to fix the lamp to the base. A note: the assembly pictures don't show the washers, but you can find out.
