I hope they send a working replacement

Only one of the TVs worked. The other starts but doesn't play the DVD or game disc, the disc just spins loudly and then an error message pops up.

BIG DVD system in car and car electronics

Installed on a 2008 Escalade. Very easy to install. Outstanding picture quality. Love the zip flap to cover it up. The color matches almost perfectly and the texture of the material is very close to the existing skin.

So easy to install - Headrest Video

This is probably the first product I've ever bought that says 'easy assembly' and it really is. The directions leave a little to be desired, but common sense prevailed. My girls are very enthusiastic about the new additions to the car, they just want to drive to test them extensively.

DVD Headrest On Car Video

The DVD headrest was a great purchase. The only issue I had was that the power cord/cables run through the uprights which means on some cars you have to drill a hole in the bottom of the seat to route the cables. The picture is excellent, the player is easy to use. Remotes and headsets are difficult to connect but overall a good buy and price.

I recommend! on car video

We love it so much! I bought them in August and they were very easy to set up. The USB port and DVD player are our most used and have not given us any problems so far. The remote controls and headphones work great. The only problem is that there is sometimes static when the screens are connected to the FM radio. All in all it was a great investment for our family.

DO NOT buy from automotive electronics

Purchased in November 2020 and professionally installed by Best Buy. Less than 6 months later, one stopped working. Only used a few times as we only used them for long trips. I finally got a chance to go back to the installer (thought it was wiring) and they said the screen was dead. Don't buy - $300 full reupholstery plus another $150 installation fee. Oh, and they offer absolutely no headrest. They sit too far back and even in the most forward position, even if you lean your head slightly on…

Sometimes less is more

I don't like that every remote works with every headrest, I don't like that they use short plastic inserts for their universal stands, it would be nice if they had a Had they made a few metal posts to replace the originals, or at least run the plastic inserts down the length, they would have done it cheaply and not very effectively. Lots of extra wire to hide isn't necessarily a bad thing, there are too many buttons on the remote and I'm sure my kids will have trouble controlling them…
