Headphones are good, microphone is good

I was impressed. It's much more comfortable than my big headphones which get too hot. I'm not a huge audiophile, but it sounds great to me, and the mic sounds really good to other people on video calls. Couldn't get it to work with my MacBook via USB, but when I plug it straight into the 3.5mm jack. instead the port works. Works great from USB on my other Windows computer

Sound quality: audio and video accessories

I work from home, take some incoming calls and every other call or whatever, I couldn't be heard. I was told my volume was low even though I turned it up to the max. I could hear my caller very well but the sound coming from me to him was low, there was no sound at all. Used for two days and finally gave up.

Love it Computers & Accessories

I needed a headset to replace an old one that was worn out. I wanted something that would work with my computer and my phone. I am very happy with this headset and would recommend it to anyone. Excellent sound quality and good wearing comfort.

They work, but not as conveniently.

The sound is excellent, the sound is good too. But if you have even slightly pressure-sensitive ears, you won't want to buy them because I get a headache after wearing them for too long. You are great at everything else. They are also comfortable at first, they only start to hurt over time.

Headset with USB port

Used for work. I'm a happy customer. If this is your first time connecting, give it time to connect. This is a detachable USB cable that you connect your headset to. In the beginning I was like a boy. Then, when I find it works great, I have the option to use my new or old headsets. Both work great. As well as an extended cable plus.
