I bought this for my 10ft patio umbrella and it's not sturdy enough. There's just the plate that's maybe 3in off the ground and then one screw that's suppose to hold a small pole AND the 10ft umbrella. While it's heavy enough to keep it down. There's only (technically) 3in that are holding the entire thing together. Think of those triangle tripods, the middle rod hold the item while the three legs keep it steady, sturdy, and upright. this does non of it. One could argue that the umbrella os too

I am very impressed with this umbrella stand. It holds the umbrella good, made well and holds the umbrella off the deck which is great. The only thing I would say needs improving is the umbrella moves all around and that's not good when your trying to block the sun. That's not good especially when the umbrella is tiled. We will just have to figure something out ourselves to fix this. Other than that I like the stand.

So I received the stand and it is nice like it very much but when I received the package it was not put in a heavy duty box the box it was delivered in was real thin and ripped open. Thank god I had the parts to assemble the box was damaged very bad. other than that the product is good.

This stand seems pretty sturdy, we actually haven't use it yet. However, it was missing parts upon arrival so we are disappointed with the company for not checking the product boxes that they are shipping. Additionally, we were bummed that we had expressed that we were wanting to use this for a party over the upcoming weekend and the missing parts did not arrive until a week later. Disappointed with their rectification, they could have gotten us in a timely matter.

This umbrella stand looks really nice with my black and white umbrella. I would like the stand to be heavier, but I'd have to pay a lot more in shipping for a heavier stand and this one works well.

Unless your umbrella is secured to a table this will not hold up even against the slightest strong breeze The base may rust or corrode if exposed to water for prolonged periods!

We remodeled our pool earlier this year and we needed to upgrade our bases along with the umbrellas since the ones that we had were old and heavy. The base is easy to assemble and easy to move around. Very sturdy and it looks great with our new umbrella set!

I specifically ordered this umbrella stand because I needed one that was shorter than usual. My table's legs meet and curve out at a pretty low height. The only way I was able to use this umbrella stand was to put extra sliders under the table legs to raise the table. The height described is for the vertical tube only. THey did not include the 2" height for the actual base.

Really nice stand. Lighter than we need given our wind but we use it inside a table that works nicely on good days. Easy to set up.

Great product! We use it to hold an umbrella by the swimming pool! It is a very heavy base that will not flip over in a wind storm. It tightens up on the umbrella for added sturdiness. We love it.

I like the quality of this umbrella stand. It is sturdy, made well and looks nice. Goes well with my oil tubbed bronze umbrellas. Bought two and am considering buying a third for our business feather flag.

The cylinder pipe you insert your umbrella to doesn’t screw into the base securely. It makes the entirety of the base unstable with any wind. Unless you’re putting a small/light umbrella I’d buy something else

I liked the base , but I reviewed it before I opened the box . When I put it on the umbrella I noticed it didn't have enough weight to keep the umbrella steady. I found the umbrella instructions advised to use a base 47lbs or more. Back to revain for another return and to order a different base. Probably a waterfilled one.

I didn’t realize I needed a base until the umbrella swayed back n forth in the wind! This base is a perfect fit - there are fittings included for smaller circumference umbrella poles! Easy to install and secure! Very pleased with the quality too! Prefilled so heavy enough to provide the stability needed!

It is solid and not flimsy like other umbrella stands. You can move it around your patio in a decent manner. If you move the umbrella of course it’s easier but that would go for any umbrella stand. It blends with any type of patio furniture or masonry. A definite good purchase.

It’s only 23 pounds so while it looks nice in calm weather don’t expect to use your umbrella in the slightest wind. If it wasn’t for me needing a 15 inch base, I’d return it.

This is definitely not enough of a base to keep an umbrella from tipping over. We paired it with a side table with an umbrella hole and it works well like that.

I purchased this base with my umbrella. I underestimate the weight of this base when i initially revived it. The installation is so easy. Only thing I need to install is the bracket in the bottom. My umbrella is able to fit in the hole without any issue.

This won worked out much better that the previous one. Had to do some touch up as the packaging was messed up in transit. That's my review!
