🔥 Hedman Standard-Duty Uncoated Headers - Set of 2 Review

Installed a new pair of exhaust headers on my 1967 Mustang 289, probably the easiest exhaust repair ever. The spacers allowed me to get the job done without holding it in place. All the necessary equipment was there. I mounted them from underneath and they snapped easily into place, even with power steering I only had to jack the car up a bit. Both took less than an hour to install.

At best, this is a waste of time and money. I bought these for my '68 cougar (same chassis as the '68 mustang) when I installed them and got stuck in the transmission pan because the headers are skewed different than straight back like they should be, I'll get them back and with you the company go higher quality. Now I have to wait even longer for the car to be ready, thanks Hedman, your joke company ass should have known better

These are oval connectors, no twists I am editing my review now that I have more time. Hedman confirms they are not designed for the rectangular exhaust ports that are standard on this year's heads. You can argue about anti-reversion what you will, and technically it can be activated, but your pads will leak quickly. I envy other reviewers. I had to reset the steering arm and clutch to even stand a chance of installing them. On my '66 the strut would have to be dented to fit (Hedman's…
