Wonderful experience using Helpdocs for knowledge base creation

The best thing about helpdocs is that you can easily add new pages, FAQ's or articles as per requirement without any issue at all! It also has great support system available which helps me with my queries in no time period!! I would highly recommend this product if anyone wants an easy way of building content management systems (CMS). As said above we need some more features like search option so i think they should work towards adding those options too soon rather than later because its very…

Excellent support & knowledgeable people

The best thing is they are extremely supportive for their customers in all aspects of our IT products life-cycle. Nothing! Their team has extensive experience running an eCommerce solution so they understand the nuances around SEO, PPC, conversion optimisation and building websites as well and nothing I've heard from them have been negative. We first started working with HelpDocs when we had just come into the business two years ago and we since integrated them into our main service and product
