The best thing is they are extremely supportive for their customers in all aspects of our IT products life-cycle. Nothing! Their team has extensive experience running an eCommerce solution so they understand the nuances around SEO, PPC, conversion optimisation and building websites as well and nothing I've heard from them have been negative. We first started working with HelpDocs when we had just come into the business two years ago and we since integrated them into our main service and product offerings. They handle PPC, Search Engine Optimization including technical onboarding for our partners on Google advertising accounts and continue to work on improving and adding more features to help us be smarter in what we serve to users. HelpDocs has helped us create a very effective knowledge base for our customers. The team has been very responsive and helpful. They have been able to create a custom solution for our needs. It is a very professional and well run company. I have no complaints. I would highly recommend HelpDocs. We needed a way to create a knowledge base for our customers, and HelpDocs was able to create exactly what we needed.
