The best thing about helpdocs is that you can easily add new pages, FAQ's or articles as per requirement without any issue at all! It also has great support system available which helps me with my queries in no time period!! I would highly recommend this product if anyone wants an easy way of building content management systems (CMS). As said above we need some more features like search option so i think they should work towards adding those options too soon rather than later because its very important part nowa days. One most useful feature added by us was Knowledge Base section where our clients get access their frequently asked questions regarding products/services from different sections suchas marketing etc.
