I like to rub it on my hands, feet and any problem areas after a long day. I often add lemongrass. Helps with arthritis, general muscle pain and fatigue. My mom ended up stealing my bottle so I had to get more.

I just received this oil yesterday. It does exactly what we needed. It's not too greasy and is great for deep tissue massage. The only downside I noticed was the smell, too stinky for my liking. We will continue to use it as it is great for massage but may not buy again.

This product is wonderful. It helps with almost every pain we have experienced, arthritis, muscle pain, nerve pain, herniated disc. My husband and I use it as needed, as does my mother. We get a lot of relief pretty soon after using it. We enjoy the aroma, it relaxes. However, it doesn't last if you're worried about going out or if you don't really need the scent.
