Fake STM32 on computer components

Until a few months ago they came with the original STM32 chip. The last purchase came with counterfeit chips. Debugging with ST tools is not possible. I will not buy from Hi-LetGo again

As described and delivered quickly.

Very well made boards. All resistors are good and present. Both boards have stm32 chips and are pre-flashed with "Blink" software for testing. I am very happy with this purchase!

Does not work as a USB device.

Not a real stm32 chip (CKS32F103C8T6). Wrong 10kΩ resistor on the USB line (R10), which seems to prevent the card from being used as a USB device. I needed it as a USB device. So it's garbage.

Used an unofficial chip (CKS32F103C8T6) and had trouble working

It's sad to see that a plagiarized STM32 chip was used, and even more so when it didn't work. After some troubleshooting, I found that replacing the 100K resistor R3 (bottom of the board) with a 10K resistor solves the problem of not entering programming mode. Closing pin 60 on CKS32F103C8T6 to 3.3V also worked. Hope that helps.

I bought one of these STM32F boards from HiLetGo last year for a DIY drone project. It got the job done, and when I decided to start my second DIY drone project and upgrade it with GPS and telemetry, I decided I would buy the same board. However, I haven't read any recent reviews of this board and when I got it I spun wheels all day trying to figure out why I keep getting a 'fail to init' error when trying to boot to it. I used to like HiLetgo but not anymore after ordering these "STM32” Blue Pills. You are using an STM32 clone. They don't even bother with the real MCU, although the description and name suggest it's STM32F103C8T6. The real MCU on the boards I received is CKS32F103C8T6. This is false advertising and that's why HiLetgo lost my business forever.

Not a genuine STM32F103C8T6

This breadboard had me banging my head against the wall for months. Although the Keil IDE warned me that the board wasn't genuine, I ignored it, hoping it would still work. The GPIO seemed to be working fine so I was sure there would be no problems. When working with UART communication I got a constant interrupt on all ports. The same thing happened on another board in this lot. After using the original STM32 board, the problem disappeared.

Great price for a powerful development board

Just started exploring the world of STM32 after years of using Arduino. These boards are much more powerful than the typical Arduino due to the faster 32-bit processor. I was able to successfully program them using the serial port on pins A9 and A10 and set up my Arduino IDE to program them easily.
