The ability for candidates/users as well have their own profile, search function which helps find jobs very easily! Also it has filters so you can create your ideal job board - all in one place!! It was also an easy way of implementing into our system (our main problem with applicant tracking systems before this). I like using this platform for its amazing features, like sending resumes directly from our website or resume portal with profile access etc which was not achievable earlier in traditional way of recruiting people! It can be better if we have more templates where you could upload your logo as well but it would add time complexity while uploading images (which takes up lot). If used wisely will surely help solving problems related hiring process/recruiting candidates within short period compared
