The ability for candidates/users as well have their own profile, search function which helps find jobs very easily! Also it has filters so you can create your ideal job board - all in one place!! It was also an easy way of implementing into our system (our main problem with applicant tracking systems before this). Nothing I dislike yet but if there are any features or ways we could improve upon what they provide then please let us know :) This software solves most problems hiring out-sourced talent presents because once users get used too its ease, speed & efficiency when searching resumes online makes sourcing easier than ever. Its user friendly even from non technical people who do not understand coding etc., great product keep up good work guys. !! Sourcing applicants faster through social networks such as Facebook etc by using profiles allows quicker access without having employees spend hours manually looking at them individually.
