The system has all of our recruiters able to access it in one place which makes for an efficient experience throughout each step of my job search process! We can now track interviews, feedback from potential candidates we've communicated with during prescreening or even when their background check comes back positive before bringing them onto staff!! This helps streamline processes which improves efficiency within my organization as well! I like the way it has been designed. It is very user friendly, easy to navigate and understand. The interface is also very good. They have made it simple for HRs to use. Sometimes when you are using their services, they tend to be a bit slow in responding. But overall, I am happy with their service. I recommend hiringxp to anyone who needs an ATS from a reputed company. It helps me manage my candidates effectively.
