I like that it's easy to navigate through all of their products, they have great customer support (which can be hard sometimes), very helpful when you need help with something specific! They are always willing/able take your call or email whenever there has been an issue but if its after hours then make sure someone else knows what happened because we would never know until morning unless our team was notified by them first!! It takes time for some people who use other software systems everyday

The HiveHR product is user friendly, the ability to create multiple templates to meet different needs for employee data is amazing! They are always very responsive as well. The biggest issue we have is that it's almost impossible to train new users how to navigate their system. We need more training resources to help teach them how to use the software.
