Probably the BEST shoe I've ever owned! Excellent support and very light. My arches are medium sized and the arch support in this shoe is high so it took about a week for my feet/arches to adjust. Once they did, it was like walking on air. This shoe also holds up very well. I use them for work ie 7 days a week because I am a personal trainer and have been using them every day for over 4 months since November 5th 2019 and they are still in great condition with some signs of wear on the Underside
