👟 HOKA ONE Women's Running Shadow Shoes for Women Review

Recommended by Runners World for hard landings, extra cushioning and for people who don't pronate when running. I found that the balls of my fingers hurt and my feet burned. I went back to my Saccony boots and the problem was solved.

I am in dire need of a new pair of running shoes and were recommended for their strong arch support. I really wanted to love her. The arch support is super big, but I don't understand the design at all. The footpeg insert runs straight across the high arch of the foot, creating an uncomfortable "seam" along the arch and digging into the foot. I wore them around the house for five minutes and couldn't stand the uncomfortable feeling on both of my bows. I sent them back.

I usually wear size 6.5 outdoor shoes and some size 7 running shoes (Brooks, Mizuno, sometimes Asics). However, I am definitely a size 6 in Hoka One One. I have a Speedgoat 3, a Clifton 7 and I've tried a few other models and they all fit me in a size 6. Unfortunately the Bondi 7 is too chunky in the toe box for me. I wish they could make the Bondi more compact.

These shoes are amazing. I have very high arches and my knees are shot through. I had to stop running and start walking because of my knees. Since I got these shoes, I can walk again. I like the color! But they get dirty. I ride dirt roads a lot, so they definitely show a lot of dirt. I'm a nurse and I wear a different pair of Hoka sneakers to work.
