🔥 Holdwell Ignition Coil for Yamaha Warrior 350 YFM350 ATV (1989-2004) - Enhanced Ignition Coil Review

Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can confidently say this product is terrible. It claims to be suitable for automotive purposes but fails miserably. The only good thing about it is the price, but even that's not worth it. The installation process is far too complicated for what ends up being a subpar tool. Stay away at all costs.

Although it was supposed to be for my application (Yamaha Wolverine 2004) and seems to work most of the time. This product has a short 90* bend at the tip of the spark plug which makes it not a good fit on the spark plug. Worse, the 90 degree bend caused the dust boot to catch on the cooling fins and exhaust pipe. The coil it replaced has a 45* longer spark plug tip to deal with the recess in the cylinder head. While I suspect my Wolverine will work fine, it won't last long due to the connector

I will update this review after use but my first impression of this product is that it is at least as described. Yes, this will fit a Yamaha Warrior 350, but the housing provided will fit spark plugs with a terminal nut, not a threaded one. The connectors for the Warrior have clamping threads, so now I had to screw the clamping nut onto the standard NGK B8EA connector. I personally prefer to start with end nuts so this review COULD be updated in a positive light but haven't seen it yet. 2 stars
