Fit perfectly and fit on the original bracket. That whole plug didn't work. I had to cut off the old solenoid's connector to connect it to this one. I also had to shorten the adjustment rod with a hacksaw. After installation, you must ensure that the linkage setting is correct, otherwise the truck will not start or stall. All I would like to buy is this part because I saved all that money by not buying it from Dodge.

. It worked with modification on my 5.9 Cummins in 93 F700 Ford. It had the wrong connector for my application, I searched for this part using the OEM part number. I also had to trim the stem to match its length. Considering Cummins asked over $300 for the role, I don't accept any problems. The modification took me about 1 hour and $20 for a set of 4 trailer spades. Length (was long enough that there were no extras) and connector type (was a 3 blade, I needed a 3 pin type)

I spent $85. It was meant to replace what I had and it has proven great but once it works I can't give it less than 1 star. Will not pull or hold position to start truck. Rule of thumb for electricity: Once plugged in, there is no turning back. Some other reviews said they had to change cables and/or connect a pigtail from the old device to the new device to get it working.
