💆 Homedics NMSQ-210 Neck Shoulder Massager Review

I'm a massage therapist and bought this to use after work and it warms but doesn't massage very much. I asked my husband to try it and he had the same complaints. I asked for a refund but didn't receive a shipping label.

I have neck arthritis which causes severe headaches on a daily basis. When I started using it, my headaches were at least halved. We've had one of these before that stopped working so we knew what to expect from this new one and it lived up to those expectations. However, I was surprised by a few things: (1) when we received the item, it was clear that it had been opened due to a torn tape on the box; and when i opened the box, the item wasn't even in a plastic bag, everything was just thrown in the box.
