Oil is leaking on my floor, should probably stop using it before it dries up and catches fire* UPDATE * The seller contacted me and offered a full refund. I didn't want to get involved in a return. So I wanted to limit my losses. But customer service made things easy. The product may not have worked, but I respect the seller.

This is my second heater purchase this season and I'm not as impressed as the white ones. I have a very small bathroom and mistakenly thought it would be enough to warm the room. Sitting in my favorite chair while reading my Kindle seems perfectly adequate 😉 I like the concept of an oil filled heater more than a fan heater, albeit with two crazy cats around.

Works well so far. I bought this for an 8x10 room and it keeps the cold out. Heats up the room very slowly. It took 1 hour to increase the temperature in the room from 61 degrees to 65 degrees and two hours to increase to 69 degrees with the door closed. This is what I bought it for as my sinuses are very sensitive to cold and it does what I bought it for. Does not heat an entire bedroom or office as mentioned above.

It was an expensive heater I bought to put under my desk. My desk is small and I figured this would be enough for heating. Even on the highest settings I still get cold and have to wear a jacket to keep warm. I had a small fan heater that I used but I had to throw it away because it didn't suit my work but I was so warm with this heater. I think a bigger one would be better, but it's also very expensive to buy if I only intend to use it at work. I would not recommend this heater.

These little heaters make a big difference. I bought two to make the kids room warmer. I set the oven thermostat to 60 degrees. Here we only need a warm bath, just for us men. We wear warm socks and sweatshirts, we're fine with 60 degrees in winter. These heaters are small, only drawing about 700 watts, so they don't overload our circuits. This is a very small heater and I knew it wasn't designed to heat a large room. I use it in my very small office (only about 50 square meters) and after it warms up it will eliminate the cold and eventually raise the temperature in the room by a few degrees, but that's definitely not the case. warms the room well and certainly not that quickly. My much larger full size oil heaters draw 630 watts (according to my voltmeter) which is about the best you can do without turning off the hot shut off. The same goes for all of my 1500 watt full size oil heaters. Cruel joke, I know.
