Very high quality hardware that lasts a very long time. It was very easy to install. They included 4 extra screws. I used it for a closed backyard door for added security. It also helps keep the door closed in high winds.

I used this item to open my garage door so kids could get in and out without slamming the door. They pulled a regular hook and eye out of the wall and they can never do that with your product. It was easy to install and it will definitely get the job done.

I bought this for a small cupboard door that is under our stairs so our cats don't pry it open every day. This hook is quite large (note the size, these are not cheap slim hooks, they are the actual size of the 'barn door') but very strong. Installation took less than 5 minutes with the included screws and screwdriver. Our closet is locked and I expect the bolt will hold for a long time.
