I like the look of this chair. I needed a chair without armrests to match my desk and it is perfect (only the armrests removed). The fabric is like a tight jersey, soft. The only drawback is that the fabric on the seat has slipped a bit. Luckily you can't see it because of the rough pattern, but you can feel it.

I've been spending a lot of time at my desk lately and I need a more comfortable chair. It was relatively easy to assemble. I had some trouble installing the cutscenes, but after that it was easy. Very clear indicators and markings on parts. Good back support! Good comfort for tush. I am very happy.

I'll save you the hassle of waiting for the chair to be assembled and the money of printing a return label. The chair is absolute junk, especially considering the price. It doesn't feel durable and crumples when you sit on it like you're sitting on crumpled paper. Keep looking for another chair. You can find better things for $50 less.

Received the chair yesterday but didn't unpack it. I have tried three times to contact HON-BASYX customer service, which appears to be a subsidiary of HON, about the chair and they have not responded. So I'm discouraged by the fact that manufacturers don't answer general questions about their products. HON is very well known for their commercial quality products which is why I bought them. Furthermore, I hope that it has the same quality as HON products!

The perfect chair for long hours of work or play. The best thing about this chair is that it is high and gives me perfect neck support. The back is straight which is good for my posture and it is very easy to assemble, it took me about 10 minutes to assemble. The chair is wide, giving you plenty of room to wiggle and sit depending on your comfort level.
