🔐 Vintage Antique Style Mini Archaize Padlocks Key Lock Set - Honbay 3pcs with Key Review

A six year old loves padlocks, collects them and plays with them often. I bought this set of 3 vintage antique style mini locks with keys that he can use on the "treasure chest" where he hides all his most prized possessions. He loves these miniature locks. Keys fit all locks.

Very nice design and vintage look. The small padlock is perfect for small dressers or drawers. I used it for a white elephant gift for Christmas. I made a small chest and put lottery tickets in it. The locking mechanism is ok, but not outstanding. With some locks I could just pull them out and open them which was a lot of hassle but it worked for what I wanted to use it for.

I bought them at the risk that they would work. It turned out to be a great combination with the Nautical Cove Treasure Chest and the Wooden Jewel Box - Large Toy Treasure Box (6.5 x 4.5 x 5). I turned this chest into a bank; slightly increased the size of the retention in the breast brace and voila. This little lock was the perfect size. Very beautiful! I would like them to be sold separately because I now have 2 extra locks. Sigh.

We bought padlocks for a small closet in our downstairs living room. We were looking for something that looked vintage and was safe enough to simply put off nosy little kids or guests. Now in our private boudoir we have the perfect place to keep a photo album. The lock is very reliable and works well. It's clearly not designed for real security, but that's what we were looking for less than the vintage charm it offers.

OMG! That's so cute! "Vintage Style" I love, love, love! And yes, the keys are very small. They come separately. The only thing I don't really like is that the part that opens (sorry not the smartest cookie in the bag) lol and the loop at the top opens all the way to the back. You can't stop him halfway or anything. It's a bit annoying. 😑 And also! You are sooo cute! But if you're looking for something tough, durable, and reliable, you might want to skip it. 😣 These are small.

I ordered these as part of a treasure hunt I was doing for my nephew. The theme I went for was a mix of antiques and pirates, minus the skulls and gold. I am a nerd.
