Easy to assemble and fold away. The rods are made of metal and the ends are made of plastic and break easily. Mine broke within a month. I fixed it with super glue. I also like drying my clothes this way because it saves energy.

My daughter bought a shelf from this company last year and everything was fine. It was metal. The description says it's alloy steel so I figured it was the same thing. I've had it less than 6 months and two of the rods broke where they went into the joint. They are like resin.

After my dryer's heating element failed, this wonderful contraption allowed me to dry my clothes while we awaited repairs. There is no need to drag a clothesline through the living room or garden. This item was easy to assemble, stronger than I had hoped and while it's the largest such shelf I've seen, it definitely works in small spaces (I have one VERY small apartment!). There's plenty of space between the bars for good airflow, and it's quick and easy to disassemble (basically push down on one of the top bars to release it, and the entire unit easily folds down for storage). I have zero complaints.
