Bought for a small retiree public library. Easily switch from continuous scanning to manual scanning for high volume or one-time scanning.

We use it to check the cash register in a snack bar. It is compatible with the quadratic system. I'm doing an automatic scan, but you need to search for a barcode online to activate the automatic scan.

I was able to plug it in and scan the code in the box to set it up and then start scanning the barcodes on the products to set up a point of sale in Square Use the Square app on the iPad in my boutique. It was VERY easy to set up. I was very surprised that it was so easy to set up and that I was able to plug it into my existing cables without having to buy any additional hardware or cables.
