buy you! Your horse will thank you!

This is the best price I have found for horse bandages. You can get a full set for what a pair usually costs! They work great, seem very durable and my horse seems to love them! I ordered two at first to try them out but I will be buying two more. Best of all, they come with a carry bag to keep the freezer clean! Can't say enough good things about it.

Pros
  • wow! I am impressed!
Cons
  • New competitors have arrived

Get some exercise

I really like these capes once I get used to wearing them. In general very very satisfied. They go straight into my freezer and I can wrap ice packs in them to keep warm. My only wish is for this world to get a little colder, a little icier. They get cool enough to wear after a workout, but not cold enough to wear if you have persistent swelling or injury. I need them to be important to the cold hose.

Pros
  • A very useful ice boot at a great price!
Cons
  • A few little things

Doing good work for equestrian sport

They are getting cold. They live in my freezer. I actually use them for my calves/shins. The straps wrap twice before you can attach them with velcro which might be perfect for its intended purpose - horses) but it's a good fit - they barely snap. Use a pillowcase or something else as a skin barrier. I learned the hard way and got an ice burn. Overall, these are good ice packs.

Ideal for recovering from an event.

I bought two for our horse for a competition in a hot place. Each of them came with their own bag to keep inside. I froze them overnight and put them in my truck in the morning and when I needed them in the afternoon they were still cold. If I put them in the fridge, they get even colder. Overall I would recommend them. I would like them to be sold in pairs, not individually.

Pros
  • hands free
Cons

Longevity issues with other sports

I would say they were great initially and everyone loved their performance but durability is questionable. My daughter has used them maybe 12 times since November and we had a velcro and nylon wear. I think I managed to fix it but it's a shame they've already snapped. The price is good and they work well. I will probably buy them again but I think before she uses them I will use my sewing machine to reinforce the stitching around them.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • boring packaging

Well done. Excellent price.

This horse wrap is well made and easy to apply to front and hind legs. The carrying case is good and helps keep the film clean. I transport frozen foil in the fridge with blue ice around it and it stays frozen in the pantry for hours later. One review states that not all gel squares freeze the same way. I had the same problem so 4 stars instead of 5. Can't beat the price so I bought a second one. If my horse destroys it, I won't be so upset. LAUGH OUT LOUD.

Pros
  • Superb boot!
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

An ice pack is good for a split leg and calf pain.

Ice pack with Velcro fits well on my mid calf. It stays cold for quite a long time. The cold therapy offered is excellent. It's good to wrap around my calf for full 360 coverage. It's also large enough to rest side-by-side on sore hamstrings or quads. It is well made and looks durable. I'm thinking of getting a second velcro ice pack for full front and back leg ice therapy.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • I will add later

Love this product at Other Sports

When I was looking for a cooling film for my horse, I couldn't find it in the K9 section. I was dealing with bone cancer in my Great Dane and neither size was large enough. So. Since I have horses, I thought I might be able to find a product designed for large animals. And I was lucky, I found what I was looking for! It's the perfect size

Pros
  • Quick Cool Down Wrap, designed to keep your horse's legs comfortable after exercise. This is a quick and easy solution to reducing swelling from cold therapy. These essential bandages stay soft even when frozen, making it easy to wrap around your horse's legs. Four quick release buckle straps allow you to determine the level of compression on the leg. These wraps are great for relieving joint pain.
Cons
  • Not all fit

Hassle free product! Do what you need!

I love this product! Gone are the days of frozen peas and polo! It worked amazing and was fully adjustable. The material is smooth so I suggest knitting it loosely and then adjusting as needed. I wouldn't change the material as it is much easier to clean and if it gets wet you don't have to worry about the wet material coming into contact with your horse's coat and causing other problems. Can't wait to get another one to have a pair on hand.

  • Quality workmanship

Extra large, good fit and snug fit

Only used once so time will tell if it holds up but I like it so far. It is big. Large and long so it covers my horse's leg from the crown to mid-knee on his front leg. She is 16.1 hh as tall. It cooled quickly and held the cold well for the 30 minutes it was on her. She didn't slip when she decided to walk around the barn. The clasps were long enough to wrap around her leg and hold it in place. For the price you can't beat it.

Pros
  • Fits well around the ankles
Cons
  • Wrinkled

Good quality at a very good price

Really nice canvas boots in a handy carry bag. The length is ideal for the lower part (cannon bones). Colors make it stand out in a freezer with black packaging. The gel offers good flexibility. Not sure how they will hold the flex joint as the velcro is sewn to the fairing and not the foil itself. (That would be a great upgrade for the company.) Very happy with this purchase, especially considering how affordable they are. I took advantage of the buy half save offer, just contact the seller…

great ice bag for my horse

well made Velcro straps very well sewn; the material is very durable; still cold more than 25 minutes after taking it off horse's leg; small "ice squares" on the inside of the bandage allow adjustment to the desired body part. in my case it is the tendon of my horse's hind leg. 1) Wet the foot itself slightly with water and (2) wrap the middle velcros first, then the bottom velcros, then the top velcros. All in all, this is an amazing ice pack. it simplified my icing process. I would highly…

Very practical ice boot at a great price!

I love the length and flexibility of these boots. The Velcro straps allow them to be adjusted wider or narrower for different size barrels, and you can adjust them to go a little over the hock or around the cannon, or a little deeper to cover putlocks. They're a little awkward to put on until you get the hang of it. I bought these due to an injury but will now use them regularly after hard training or at a show when my horses need to stay in the stable more. Easy to wash for cleaning. I also…

Wow! I am impressed!

The vet told me to buy spats for my horse who needs them. I started searching and researching and prices were everywhere! From hundreds and hundreds of dollars to zero. I really didn't see much difference between them. The vet sent a photo of the ones they had used on him at the equine hospital and which areas needed treatment. Well I searched and searched and found and the picture was perfect and the price was incredibly low which bothered me a bit but to all potential buyers - don't worry…

So far, so good! - Sport

I chose this ice boot based on several parameters: price and reviews. The fact that it's not black is a huge benefit for me as I'm in a boarding situation and my skate is unlike anyone else's. Love the storage bag that comes with it and the small handle makes it easy to carry from the freezer to the horse. Once you learn how to put it on it will be pretty easy. Following the advice of others, I attached the bottom strap first, then the top, second, third, and so on, adjusting the bottom strap…

updated. great customer service!

UPDATE: I contacted the seller to report my issues and was a pleasure working with them! They immediately sent a replacement and were very concerned about my problem. I guess my original pair was a fluke! Loved using these, I have a horse with hock problems and liked the gel rather than frozen ice. I've only used them 10-15 times and they're falling apart. both the seams and the velcro are separated from the fabric. The way they tighten as the velcro wraps around and attaches to itself is…

Runs in just 20 minutes: Durable and easy to use

I'm both happy and disappointed with this. I'm also glad my vet only wants 20 minutes on the horse because I barely get it. Pros: Once you get used to the long velcro straps and learn not to tangle, you'll find that this is a pretty good product. for money. The straps are long enough to wrap around and feel like they are securely fastened to the horse. I find the product quite durable. I used it twice a day 6 times a week for the first month and now once a day 3 times a week for the last month…
