💇 Hoson 1/2 Inch Professional Ceramic Tourmaline Curling Iron: Effortlessly Style Long & Short Hair Review

I was thinking of returning it as I thought it was too thin. I decided to try it and I liked it. It looked like the same 1/4 size as mine but it's bigger. Curls my hair well with a long barrel so I can roll all my hair up into a log. Hot to the end. Try a lower temperature first and then the hottest because it gets hot. Long time no warming up. I would definitely buy another one so don't hesitate. A bit more money than the rest but sometimes you get what you pay for. So I wasn't against money.

I have curly hair and I only wash my hair 2-3 times a week, so sometimes some curls get a bit messy. I use this to essentially mimic my natural curls and it works great! If you are looking for tight, loose curls, I definitely go for the super small size! Note: I have a hot iron that heats up to 450° in about 10 seconds. It doesn't heat up in 10 seconds and it's driving me crazy lol it takes a bit to get to 450°

God I love this curling iron! After checking all barrels of this size on Revain, this one has the longest barrel. Basically, it would make it easier to spin from root to end in one go. Unfortunately, my hair took up the full length of the barrel twice, so I had to strategically position the barrel to try to keep the curl pattern seamless. I liked the size of the keg, the temperature control, the fact that it heats up to the chosen temperature very quickly, and the length of the stick. I didn't like the tourmaline ceramic coating on the barrel because it stuck to my hair. I thought it might be the mousse or hairspray on my hair; but even after I cleaned the wand, the curling iron was stuck to my hair. I've never had problems like this with a non-ceramic curling iron.
