Exceptional Whetstone for Heavy-Duty Sharpening

This whetstone has exceeded my expectations for sharpening my heavy-duty tools. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can confidently say that this product offers a consistent and uniform finish, leaving my blades razor-sharp. The durability of the stone is impressive, and it remains effective even after frequent use... The con however, is that it may take some time to get used to the coarser grit of the Arato Kun stone. Overall, I highly recommend this product for any serious industrial

Pros
  • Efficiently sharpens dull blades
Cons
  • Requires significant skill and practice to use effectively

Waste of Money: Useless Rough Stone

As a result of using this product, I found that it was completely ineffective at sharpening my knives. Despite multiple attempts the rough grindstone did nothing but scratch and dull my blades..

Pros
  • None
Cons
  • Does not sharpen knives properly

Large Crimson Joystone. Soak Stone

Moderate cutting power Super thirsty, so an absorbent stone. I only soaked for 5-10 minutes. I'm afraid if they add a salt binder the resulting stone will become unusable at worst. Feels like about 600 grit, nothing more. Some stones may actually work better than they are rated. Carries from slow to moderate. However, a huge block of joy. With proper care, it will serve you for many years. No complaints, Revain was poorly packaged but no chips. I'm glad I will definitely buy again. Various…

Pros
  • Features: Coarse #220 single mesh polyamide sharpening stone. Excellent abrasion resistance and wear resistance with #400 polish.
Cons
  • Doubtful
