Here's my shortened version:-DO NOT BUY. THE TRIGGER DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY.-The Unit I received looked repackaged.Full Disclosure:(I originally left an in depth review with 2 stars which was rejected.I uploaded pix and videos showing the issues and gave it a few stars.The review was lengthy and had information but I guess they didn't like something in it.Unfortunately I am now Out of warranty so I will have to attempt to fix or something.)

I thought there had to be something wrong or that this was going to be cheap for the price when you compare this item to the one you buy from Home Depot. I was and still am very pleased with this product.

Pros I like that it is able to extend to great lengths, it takes a lot of effort to control when it is extended. You have to take breaks in between unless you have a very strong back and arms.putting it together and hooking up to power washer is very easyCons The last extension is very flimsy, the harness needs to be better configured. you are able to move the pole connection closer to the trigger but it's still awkward to use.Lastly the gutter tool is poorly designed it connects to the wand…

This thing works excellent but I couldn’t control it well for what I needed. The harness thing didn’t help. So if you’re a very strong person with no back issue it will be 5 stars. The product is good but controlling it is not easy. Maybe that’s true with any similar type extension kit.

This is perfect for getting to gutters too high to do with a normal ladder. It’s very well built and easy to set up. It comes with several different style tips and the necessary fittings to hook it all up to a standard pressure washer hose. Yes, it’s a little hard to control at first, it’s 20’ long! A little practice helps and the harness is necessary. My pressure washer is only 2000 psi, so I imagine a lower psi would make it easier to control that the 4000 psi it’s rated at. Over all very…

If only need this thing for 10ft or so, this thing is a champ. Fully extended it is a full grown bear. Harness latch is in a bad place in relation to where it forces your hand for the trigger. Puts your hand like 10" behind your waist so I didn't use it.I extended it out as far as it would go to reach the areas that I needed. Seems to be made decently and seems like it should work in theory but it doesn't. First of all, when using the soap nozzle, soap doesn't come through, just didn't work for whatever reason. Maybe the sheer distance idk but it doesn't get there. Secondly when extended, it is out of control. The power of the washer, makes the extension flex and kick back to a point that it's useless. Waste of time and money. I'm going to buy a shorter, rigid wand and use a ladder. Item being returned.

Product poorly designed, the extension bent on the first used under pressure of water,cant returned won't go back in box,

Great tool for cleaning gutters and my 2 story deck. Strongly recommend using the included belt for support and control. I have pretty good upper body strength and had to struggle a little bit with obtaining and maintaining control. TIP - stand away from what you intent to power wash, squeeze trigger, get control, then bring tip to surface to be cleaned. Also bought a multi piece quick connect kit to make swapping btwn this extension and the short wand easy and glad I got it.

I would really like to try this unit out, it requires a 3/8th inch hose quick disconnect piece. The problem is no store sells that size any more only 1/2” and larger. The company should have included this as a brass fitting along with the other two. For want of a simple hose adapter I will probably return it if I cannot locate this part.

Easy use, Great value, and durability is Awesome.For pressure washing my house those very high places and gutters. No need for that unsafe latter use again for me.

I could not wait to try this on our vinyl siding on our garage. It is SO much easier and more efficient than trying to use the pressure washer while standing on and constantly moving a ladder. It does pack a real punch so hang on when you pull the trigger and use the harness or your arms will be sore for a couple days. Great product!
