The laptop arrived well packaged. First impression was good/looked like new. However, what was disappointing was that the laptop now came with a user manual/guide/quick setup guide. A printed copy would also be great.

According to HP, the operating system was installed incorrectly on this updated notebook. The information on the hard drive is unrecoverable and I lost hours of work in Excel and Word. The mouse's receiver connector was damaged, so I had to buy a new mouse. I need to repurchase MS Office for my new laptop after paying HP for it.

I bought my first one back in January and was very happy with the delivery, packaging and overall condition of the laptop. It came very quickly. He was like new. No scratches, no signs of wear, no previous ownership. So recently I needed another laptop for work and decided to return to this great brand. I am very happy with everything and would recommend this laptop to anyone looking for a great purchase!

My old computer was used for many years so I was looking for a new one. As I looked around, I noticed that the prices had gone up a lot. I don't use my computer that much so I bought this upgraded computer. I was so surprised that this computer works without any problems, runs fast and I don't even see a scratch on it. This is a brand new computer that was not in the original packaging and everything works like new. I would recommend buying refurbished and saving money!
