Not a complete mess

The computer's battery died but was promptly replaced, although not with an HP battery. The only reason they don't get a star. The components sound like they are struggling to work. I would give this product 91 days before it dies off completely. Most likely another third party electronic product not working but I will try. Constantly calling to remove a negative review.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Not happy with everything

Although used, almost like new

HP EliteBook 820 G1 is a comfortable size for travelers - not too small (12.5" screen) but not too big and heavy A smaller and lighter Laptop battery lasts a reasonable time Keyboard feels like a good laptop keyboard This particular unit was used and refurbished a bit it still looked and worked almost like new

Pros
  • Useful not only for its intended purpose
Cons
  • Little things

Will be issued in 1-2 months!

Worked well for the first month. Then the battery started dying. They say the fans are broken. In general, it needs to be plugged in for work. Browsers also stopped working on it. Now it runs very hot and slow. He was definitely deceived. I had to exhaust myself and buy something better. It's bullshit. save your money Working with the company is not easy either. Hoping to get some of their money back by selling it somewhere.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Not the best

Narrow, fast, long.

I bought this laptop in January to use in my programming class. It performed heavy calculations straight from the battery for hours and never gave me any problems. Mine had slight signs of wear, but nothing more than cosmetic and nothing to affect performance or the graphics on the screen. The HDD was too loud and slow for my liking, so I bought a 250 SSD for about $30 and replaced it. Simple process. The touchpad driver was out of date when I first got it and worked with Windows 10. A quick…

It worked for several weeks

Well first I liked this laptop and was glad it worked well with my Adobe photo editor. But a few weeks went by and the charging port just didn't seem to work, eventually the charging port stopped charging and the battery was completely drained. It wouldn't turn on anymore and I had to send it back. Too bad that happened, now I'm afraid to buy a new refurbished laptop again. I just don't know if the next one will just have different problems.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Makes me angry
