I had an issue with the keyboard not responding to pressing the same key or any key twice. I was about to ask Revane to replace it but instead they contacted HP tech support and they were able to update my computer and all my drives and now it's working great. This is probably my fourth HP computer that I have owned in the last 20 years and this is the first time I have had problems with it. But HP Support, it was easy to fix.

Good product but I was very disappointed with the letters on the keyboard. They are very light and difficult to see. It takes some time to get used to, but eventually I got used to it. My next disappointment came when my daughter had to insert her Spanish text CD. There is no CD player. I can't recommend it due to the lack of a CD player, but otherwise an ok product.

Didn't work as promised, security fingerprint scanning and face recognition didn't work, and hp tech support attempts and Microsoft were unsuccessful for hours and in the end the NIC lost adding, couldn't connect to the network and couldn't fix the problem. I had no choice but to come back and ask for a full refund, poor tech support and I wasted almost 8 hours in the early hours trying to get this done so I could at least wreck this computer

Good laptop. Super fast start but I haven't had a chance to test its capabilities yet. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars out of 5 is that I was under the impression that by choosing 8GB RAM instead of higher values like 16 I would have free RAM slots, but that's not the case. The laptop says 2 out of 2 slots are full, although I haven't opened it up to be sure. I wanted to leave the slot open for future upgrades if needed. The best computing experience. I wasn't sure about ordering online but it arrived earlier than planned. Powering it on out of the box was quick and easy to set up. What is the difference with my Sony laptop. No comparison! Cool notebook! I highly recommend the seller and the computer!
