Overall a good monitor. Good bright/clear picture as you would expect from an LED screen. The device uses a 12V 3A power supply (low voltage input) instead of an internal power supply. While personally not a fan of it, it allows for a VERY slim form factor. The stand is flimsy and doesn't have much adjustment, but that's to be expected at this price point. The customization panel never worked properly, and it didn't really matter until recently. However, since I now need dimmed light, there is no way to dim it. It was also a good monitor with a long lifespan.

This screen looks great when you are right in front of it. Slight movements to the right/left or up/down are more clearly perceptible than on most flat screens. This is even more evident as the stand has no up/down adjustment and the tilt adjustment is only around 8 degrees. Put it on a stand or some books and you'll be fine. The monitor arrived well packaged with the right accessories and works perfectly when connected to a PC. That's my feedback.

The HP 20" LED 5 is a great monitor for PC users. Unfortunately, HP does not provide OSX drivers for this monitor. Thanks for attention!

I connected the monitor to a new power supply, it worked for 10 minutes and turned off. Lights up intermittently for a few seconds and goes out again. I will not buy anything from this seller again and will not refurbish anything.

I already had one of these monitors and needed a second identical one with two screens. It fits the bill well! Limited ability to reduce glare and eye strain!
