This actually solved the LED headlight flickering problem on my 2013 Chrysler 200. After leaving the headlight on for about an hour the resistor got very hot and melted the body of mine headlights. Now one of them is stuck on the case. The blocks will work, but be careful installing them where they won't touch plastic surfaces. They were much easier to use than installing your own resistors. The new LED headlights I installed started flickering as I drove away. These resistors come as close as possible to the "plug and play" principle. You must mount them on metal as they are incredibly HOT, but that is physics and nothing specific to this product. Bought 6 of these for night running lights. They worked but after 1 minute they stopped working. I noticed that the resistor got hot, but the adapter's pin connector didn't connect. I was going to use heat shrink tubing to ensure it stays on but I think the resistor burned out causing the LED bulb to stop working.
