quality and silence.

Such a high quality fan, absolutely silent operation, looks great. Designated as a covered patio as it is rated for damp locations (as opposed to the smaller 'wet' rating or indoor rating). I am using a 36 inch bar and there is little visible movement. Very bare bones - no remote and no way to add one - but great value for money.

Fan speed decreases over time

A little over a year ago I purchased 2 of these fans - 1 under the covered porch and 1 in the covered gazebo. They worked fine initially (although the cfm rating isn't great). All five had to be replaced because the arms that didn't click were bent, causing the fan to wobble. The second time, two of the rotor blades broke during a late thunderstorm typical of a Florida summer. I like the look of the fan and it was

Easiest Fan to Install

Over the years I have installed many fans for myself and my family members. This fan was by far the easiest I have ever installed. I also decided to add a remote control to my system and it works great! Just follow the WIRING provided with the remote control to install it and the fan. Follow the step-by-step instructions that come with the fan and you won't be disappointed with the results. A NOTICE. The remote I chose was (unfortunately) not available from Revain, but at my local Home Depot…
