I looked for magnet 6309312 and found this one, after measuring the diameter they turned out to be the same. It fits and works perfectly.

Good product. Order a replacement part for your Bobcat. If it stops working you will not be able to use the lift or tilt functions on the machine.

Just what we needed to get the Bobcat running again. There were only problems with the bucket. Would NOT move. We fiddled with the solenoids for a month, but that was the culprit. I'm glad I found one online, saved me a lot! Highly recommended
