I am 48 years old (128 lbs) and this is a great size for me. It has pockets and room for pretty much everything EXCEPT a water bottle. Instead, it's set to "bubbles" for water. Lightweight and appears to be well made. I live in Hawaii where the air is very salty so we'll see if the zippers rust over time. I look forward to using it tomorrow.
