Best Pump I've Ever Used: Water Pumps

By far my favorite pump I've ever used! I have 17+ tanks so water changes on pythons or buckets take forever. So I connect the pump to the hose and run to the sewer. Not only is this pump small, light and has a comfortable grip, but it also pumps a lot of water fast and far!

Pros
  • This Is Amazing
Cons
  • Some Trouble

The seller is excellent! for fish and aquatic animals

Some sand got into this pump and stopped working like a few grains. made sure it's clean and it still doesn't work. **UPDATE** The seller contacted me and sent me a new pump! I used it today and it worked great! I use the pump weekly for water changes and it has great suction power especially for the prices! I'll post more updates as I use it!

Pros
  • certified
Cons
  • thin

Works great but I was a little dissatisfied with it

Really great but I was disappointed that it didn't come with a tube. I improvised. The ad is somewhat misleading in this regard. While it doesn't say a handset is included, it doesn't mean it's not included either. So, as a consumer, when you buy a product to suck water out of something, you expect there to be a hose.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Empty

Best for aquariums!

I have a 60 gallon tank. The water change was dirty and hard on the joints. No longer! This pump is ideal for frequent water changes. Pumps water quickly. From tank to bucket and from bucket to tank. No more trying to lift a 5 gallon bucket of water! Caution. When used to pump water into a bucket, once the water begins to flow, it will continue to suck even when unplugged.

Cons
  • No instructions

This thing moves water.

I use this to pump water from my saltwater mix tank to my main tank and this thing moves the water. I made the mistake of putting it in a half full 5 gallon bucket just to see how much water it actually squeezes out. Turned it on and the ceiling got wet from the power it could put out. Highly recommended when you need to pump large volumes of water quickly. mine can pump 30 gallons in about a minute and a half.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Not much to complain about that, everything is fine

THE PUMP IS GOOD BEWARE THE FISH HEAR I'M COMING

I BOUGHT THIS STYLE OF PUMP BECAUSE WITH MY COBL ONLY THREE GALLS OF WATER GOES WHERE IT COMES ME OUT. I BUILT ONE WITH AN INTERNAL FISH FILTER THAT REMAINS IN THE BOTTOM. THEN THERE WAS A 5 GALLON BUCKET OF SUBSTRATE. AND I ALSO USE A RUBBER END CPAP HOSE THAT THE INCH ADAPTER FITS INTO THE GRAY RUBBER HOLDER ON THE CPAP HOSE AND WORKS GREAT. I RECOMMEND THIS PUMP. IT PUMP 400 GALLONS PER HOUR WITH A ONE INCH NIPPLE. BUT IF YOU NEED A BIG LIFT, JUST USE A LOWER ID HOSE TO GET MORE PRESSURE. TO

Calm! I like that it pulls from below.

I went through 3 pumps to finally find one quiet enough to work in my living room. I added a padding layer from the perforated material you buy to grab the rug or toolbox. Lining, absorbs vibrations better than suction cups. This winner! I also like that it pulls from the bottom instead of the side because it helps a lot when the level in the swamp is low, gives you an extra inch or so that the level can go down. I can't find an adjustable flow, but the Tate's flow works very well for my 75…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Not the best

Pumps water like a BOSS!

Hello! This pump works very well for the application I use it for which is changing the water in two turtle tanks every week. The only thing that works for me is that 2 of the 4 suction cups on the bottom keep coming loose, but only when I remove the device from the bottom of the tank. Otherwise, the cups hold the pump well on the ground. After the pump runs dry, very little water remains in the tank. The pump also does a good job of pumping out the last 5 liters of water, which of course…

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • poorly thought out
