VERY bright, difficult to install

24W LED is equivalent to 100W incandescent, but this light seems to be even brighter than that. It is not a warm colored light, it does not make things look yellow. I would not use this in bedrooms, living or dining rooms or kitchen. I considered it a good light for workshops.My house is from the 1940's. Multiple tries of connecting the fixture base to the plaster did not work.Removing the existing flat bar that crosses the ceiling box, I was able to connect to the ceiling box with the original

Great light - pain to install

It’s a great light, very bright the only issue was the mounting bracket. You need to get it just right. It’s possible but it just takes time so be ready for a bit of frustration.

Pain to install, but worth it!

I love how bright and low profile this light is! I HATED how much of a pain it was to install.As others have stated, you WILL have to bend the clips. I struggled for half an hour off and on trying to get this thing to "line-up” out of the box. It wasn’t until I read the reviews that I was able to get it on.Once it is up, it is great! Good, simple ceiling light with minor installation flaws.

First, I really like this ceiling light. It's simple and features a color temperature switch for 3000/4000/5000K. I set it to 3000K because I prefer a warm white in the evenings. If you used it in an office or a workshop, you might prefer the daylight (5000K) setting. I have not tried it with a dimmer. The only issue I have is with installation. The provided mounting screws are M4 (metric) so I had to get some #8-32 x 1-1/4" ones to fit my USA junction boxes (2-3/4" spacing). You have to feed…

I seldom do reviews, but this particular light is well worth promoting.We purchased this to replace a pitifully dim ceiling fan that lived above the dinning room table. The installation was a breeze, as the unit is equipped with a "3rd hand" cable retention device, permitting one person to complete the fitment without issue. Best lights on the market

I used mine differently than usual. I mounted it to my ceiling fan, because the light kit that came with it really socks. I'll post a picture later.

The lights came broken and missing pieces.

3 of the 4 lights we bought are broken. The rim piece pops off the main light, leaving the light to halo at the top. The 4th light that wasn't broken is missing the the mounting bracket. We can't install it without that. Pretty frustrating.

Minimalist Perfection — Goldilocks Color, and Super Bright

Switched into 3000K mode, the color is perfect — it's not too warm, not too cold, but just right. The brightness is also very impressive. Dimmed down to half-brightness it's brighter than my previous fixtures. Full-brightness will be great if I ever need to do open heart surgery in my kitchen. Minimalist perfection in a light fixture, and an excellent value. Elmer recommended.

Like the Kelvin selector

Used in the utility room: really like the color selector, plenty of lumens, easy install (except for old geezer arms working overhead for 15 minutes!), and very low profile. All LED fixtures seem pricy but so much quicker and easier than installing and wiring a can light.

Bright inexpensive light

After checking the price of circline fluorescent replacement bulbs I decided it was cheaper to replace the fixture with an LED type. I installed this in an roughly 11x8 utility room where I have the washer and dryer, and wanted a lot of light. This fixture delivers. I left the color temperature at the default setting. Love these in my review

I used these in a few apartments I was updating. Worked perfectly and one was on a dimmer. 3 brightness settings are good because you might want to set the hall light to be a little dimmer or brighter, it makes the unit versatile.
