Perfect for my HP Mini 210-1081 NR, sometimes called the HP Mini 210-1000 series. I want the maximum amount of RAM to be more than 2GB. I put Linux Mint on it, so hopefully 2GB will do. As long as it seems appropriate. Great RAM, great price.

There's not much to say about memory. It was easy to install. Disconnect all power sources, make sure you have no static electricity/use a grounding wrist strap. Open the memory access door on the laptop, and then remove the memory card from its packaging. Align the memory card with the slot and install the memory card. Replace access panel. Restore power and start the laptop.

Duz wut it sez. Doubled the amount of memory in a really, really slow Intel machine and now it's just painfully slow. Greatly improved, but of course still hardly applicable. There's something that helps almost as much as doubling the memory (or more), but that's a personal choice - if you're using MSSE, you might want to disable "real-time protection" - which basically scans everything you look for (not only if you download it or manually select "Scan Using".) - This MSSE functionality…

Quality item. Installed a 2X2 in my old but mint condition Dell Inspiron 1318. Haven't used this unit much over the years but have revived it as a backup for my all in one. Lots of extras for its age, not to mention it has a DVD burner slot for when I need it. What I did not understand, RAM is mixed in 4 gigabytes! I wanted 8 but didn't go. I installed this RAM, ran the diagnostics and it works fine. Good deal and great service. Well done.
