The most impressive thing about hyperPing is that it has no additional software to install, which makes its setup simple too! Easy to install, lightweight client, great price, support is good, very helpful to understand downtime causes and have a good plan of action for recovery. I can't say anything bad about this software. It's just perfect! The only thing that I could think of is that it's not available in a mobile app or something like that. The best thing about hyperpings is that it has an easy to use interface, which makes monitoring your server's uptimes very simple for you as well! I used other services before but they were too complicated or didn't have enough options in their UI compared with this one (which was great!). It would be nice if there could also be some sort of alert system so we can notify our users when something goes wrong - maybe even email them? But overall i really like how clear everything looks/works…
