I bought this mount because the old ball mount on my old but very good Garmin StreetPilot c550 no longer held the car. I tried to glue the car to the ball mount. I tried gluing the machine to the ball joint but nothing happened. After reading the reviews I was a little unsure if I would like this product. However, it seems like some reviewers have a different situation or usage issues.
